Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any purchases, except the ones involving products that have been identified as defective/faulty and a description of the same written and signed on the delivery note. Kindly note that once you sign the delivery note confirming the condition of the product(s) as decent, we will not validate refund for the same product(s). Our policy allows for exchanges only, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you have any concerns about a product or need assistance with the exchange process, our customer service team is here to help.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may not be suitable upon arrival. To address this, we offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of receipt. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Eligibility: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
- Request: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Processing: Once your request is received and verified, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
- New Item: After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange and send out the replacement item. You will receive a confirmation email once your new item has been shipped.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should deliver it to Kiambu Town, Kenya.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
